Sure anything's possible, even if JK misses the quarterly due in January, which seems likely at this point.

OTCM is pretty lazy when it comes to enforcing their own guidelines, so even if JK doesn't update anything for months, OTCM may not take immediate action and shareholders will have longer to dither & wonder.
