So what exactly is that quote for?
Is it a buy-out of warrants? No
It says common shares.
NioCorp gives cash for shares?
Who's?

NioCorp may instead settle all or a portion
of any exchange pursuant to the terms of the Exchange Agreement in cash, in lieu of Common Shares, based on a volume-weighted average price of Common Shares.

Sounds to me like they put us @ C$4.00 Buy them out @ C$4.00, Weighted the days prior to getting Cash.
But I'm confused with my higher expectations of Mark, than I have seen, to date!
