Michaels has gagged every single transfer agent he's ever had.

Back is the day I personally tried to get accurate share counts from Action Stock Transfer (agent at the time) and Justeene Blankenship (owner) always told me she couldn't tell me as "she was under orders from Michaels not to disclose anything to anyone". She always said I had to call Michaels for the information.

Well, we all know Michaels is a lying F-ing POS scamster so you know how that conversation went.
