Do u think that they will do a rs so he can issue shares to raise equity? Or is he simply looking to cash out some of his equity when valuation is reasonable.

Also wouldn’t there have to be some filing showing he owns a lot of the shares? How is mr park going to get ownership unless he has been buying or will issue shares to himself through a buyout
