Financial statements for the past 2 completed fiscal years, provided the most recently completed fiscal year is within the past 16 months.

The Company Profile has been verified within the past 12 months.

The most-recent Fiscal Year for which $VXIT has provided financial statements was 15 months ago (Aug 22). 16 months would be 31 Dec 23.

Also "Company Profile" hasn't changed since '21 but I have no idea what OTCM does to "verify" it. It would seem they actually do nothing.

No hurry JK - OTCM seems pretty slow to act so there might be a few months grace...

Regardless, who believes JK is working on updating all the delinquent financials?
