HEOFF: effective Dec. 12,2023 Ember SPV I Purchaser Inc an entity controlled by funds managed by Ember Infrastructure Management, LP, acquired all of the issued and outstanding Common Shares. Shareholders of the Company, other than the Rollover Shareholders in respect of the Rollover Shares, will receive $4.25 in cash per Common Share held.
