One aspect of the company needs attention, in my view. I called the London office a number of times at a complete range of times,AM/PM.
Phone seems to be off the hook as calls are not being taken. Ever.

Curious strategy and I am not sure what to make of it as there exists more than one plausible rationale for doing this.
Anyway...playing the long hand.
