The move the company made to drag this issue where it is now is one total blow to shareholders, but a typical China move.

With respect about R/S. I doubt that will happen since the share structure at its present is attractive enough to hold. The company needs liquidity and a spilt would certainly be a negative in this part of the debate.

Now with the share price going below .01 seems almost a likely bet (no pun intended) and will have to be for 5 trading sessions and then gets removed from Nasd.

This appears a likely scenario and a R/S would not be able to keep it above a $1 which is the template. Company has 200m O/S any R/s to put it over the threshold will amount to having No liquidity and that is a nonstarter.
