If I were placing bets here, I would venture to say that there is a deal in the works... this is IMO folks, just a guess here, but the deal calls for the preferreds to be dealt with by the signing date and then everything can proceed.

HR said a slew of PRs will be rolling out over the next few weeks here folks, so this may be just the beginning!
