Looks like great news to me! Unsecured and Non-Dilutive Million Dollar loan from
an individual who sure has a lot of confidence in this little penny stock company! This will push many investors to go to the open market and buy shares and will allow Kennedy more time to focus on company business instead of raising capital. Also, removes some of the stress of functioning on a small budget for advancement of the technology. This should be the turn we all have been waiting for!
This cash infusion will save the sell and dilution of approximately 300 million shares. That is a big deal! Go SFRX!
