lawsuits against Roger: 2 new, 1 update:

(The last one isn’t recent, but it’s added other defendants since I posted about it.)

The San Diego Court website https://roa.sdcourt.ca.gov/roa/ wasn’t working today, so most of this info is from https://unicourt.com/. (I searched for: bistro 7 llc. The first several cases listed were for Roger Pawson and/or his LLC.)

Reminder: OPTI funds were apparently used for Roger’s failed Bistro 7 restaurant.
IDK if that makes OPTI (or Brett) liable for debts. (Linked Post #89147:

1. On 09/29/2023: NEWPORT MEAT COMPANY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (Plaintiff) filed a Contract - Debt Collection lawsuit against BISTRO 7, LLC, “Demanding Less than $10,000”. Refers to: BISTRO 7, LLC; PAWSON, ROGER.

2. On 11/20/2023: Southern Glazers Wine Spirits, LLC filed a Contract - Debt Collection lawsuit “Demanding Less than $10,000” against Bistro 7, LLC.

On 06/15/2022 Elysian Medical Distribution Inc filed a Contract - Other Contract (Warranty) lawsuit against OPTEC International Inc. (Post #89094 on 7/19/2022:

The original filing was for only OPTEC INTERNATIONAL INC (Primary) and PAWSON, ROGER.
I noticed that “Defender / Respondent” was amended 10/12/2022 to include:
