You have absolutely no clue what rhe real world accounting difference is between actual value and pro forma value. I have zero interest in educating you because you're a troll. BETS has nearly $100m in stock debt on its books when one correctly factors in derivative liabilities for warrants. Many of those are cashless convertible which others here have correctly pointed out will dilute this ticker to oblivion. Smart investors and traders understand what Financials clearly explain. Anyone who listens to you "explain" a stock prospectus in terms other than what are clearly stated in the filings deserves exactly what happens to them.
