The CEO isn’t stupid. I’m sure smart money is buying that debt While Blackstar gets better terms. Take a finance course and you’ll understand. Taking all that aside if you understand what Blackstar is doing by keeping a level playing field with NO SHORTING! What OTC company would not welcome that?
