Yes I recall this discussion a few months back on the MB.
Good reminder as to Don Bacon of Nebraska getting extra allocations for the State, in pursuing Aluminum / Scandium Master Alloying
That is what seems to be happening as we wait.
Although it is allocated for 2024
Maybe that is why everything has moved to (as soon as possible in) 2024??
(Can't get the money if it's not yet available), but work is being done.
