I asked why hasn't there been a lawsuit to STOP the Gov from taking money from the GSE's !!

As Glen said, FnF have not paid a penny to Treasury in almost 4.5 years. The liquidation preference ratchet isn't actually taking any money.

Same as what's happening noe with the FHFA increasing there fees for GSE''s to pay.

If you're talking about FHFA increasing its assessments on FnF recently, I would guess that nobody has filed a lawsuit over that because such assessments are completely legal by 12 USC 4516.

If you look and understand this is what the Gov is going to do to side step the law by increasing there fees to 100% of there income? What's stopping them on doing so ??? NWS 2.0

No lawsuits have been filed over this because it hasn't happened.
