You should care and thanks for your point of view, again with reality, preferred are nothing without receivership or BK, which was Ps agenda and fantasy for years.
Commons drive the price of preferreds, yet you keep pretending they have some kind of fantasy value, i will say it slower, preferreds...have...no.....value.....without....
bk or receivership, ....you.... will.... never.... see.... par.... without.....one....of....those.... scenario , in fact all preferreds value, for any company, is the dividends, and its intrinsic value is based on commons price.
