velcro - I like your plan. I am afraid that selling the money-losing operations and businesses, although a great idea, may not bring us to profitability either. Nor remedy the "Going Concern" issues. But it will certainly help and it will certainly reinforce the need to FIRE the team who have been pushing this flawed concept.

It is clear that Ole Hoefelmann was NOT part of this team and he understands that PLUG's Business model is fatally flawed.

What Ole also knows is that PLUG can't make Green Liquid Hydrogen competitively and $15- $20 / kg hydrogen will kill the industry.

When the smartest person in the company Bails, that is a signal for shareholders to Bail as well. A Clear SELL Signal.
