but you do not know the cost basis - let alone what people would say yes to on a FIRST offer (i.e. maybe a bunch (25%) can make money at say $7.50 (30%) --- but why submit your shares v assuming there will be a higher offer soon?)

i for one do not know if a lot can be called back in below 50-75%
