Strukture, with these NHMD thoughts...

In my opinion, actually, the language in the previous 8-K strongly indicated that the merger was canceled and that there was some miscommunications between Nate and John Park. I think people got mad at Nate and blamed Nate and sold because of John Park not being involved anymore. I think it was business and not personal for the reasons in their minds for moving on from John Park. I think some kind of miscommunication transpired to where they lost confidence in John Park and felt the need to move on. I wasn't happy, but I understood, especially since their deal looked like it was going to be at least as good as what I was initially expecting.

I'm still in both NHMD and SPZI. They had a disagreement where I understand both sides. I am pro NHMD and SPZI. If I like NHMD because of John Park, then I definitely like SPZI so I definitely bought some SPZI... TODAY! I don't see anything wrong with rooting for them both to succeed.

I am still holding NHMD because, after doing further research, I still believe that Nate and some of the guys on his team have a plan and that they truly do know what they are doing this time around. I think they do have some right connections with the sugar deal and more that was mentioned. I am still expecting a huge recovery here with NHMD because of the substance that they are going to deliver. I still believe that this is not the same NHMD this time around as the days of old. I believe they are going to come through or I definitely would not be here.
