Somebody trying to shake this tree???? It didn't say.....actually the PR said "The Offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering."

This doesn't make any sense. Why would they release an "Offering PR", or even THINK of doing an offering, when the stock is down here and the absent of real info causes a panic sell? Still doesn't explain that late day run up.....very strange.
