Honest question - isn’t the patent already priced in?

This has gone up over 500% in the past few months. Everyone knows the patent is a done deal. Everyone has 3 weeks to buy in now.

This seems like a “sell the news” type deal.

I’m sure in the coming years there will be some developments here, but for the foreseeable future, what’s the big rush to hop in?
