Still a legal contract is binding in a court of law and business law. Both sides need to agree to changes if not then it’s a breach of contract. Even though they are loosely worded and open for debate. They cannot change or convert and make the original investment less then the terms set forth in the contract.

So even if they offer a haircut 2 3rds have to agree! They can’t just changed the terms.
