To be clear, you swapped off your shares in a company that is finally moving, to buy a different biotech penny stock that is tanking rapidly?
Do you live the bizzarro world?

Which was absolutely true on the date of the post.

And for the record, not that I care, but it's still about two bucks below where it was 2 months ago.
Less than 6 months ago it was over $10, now barely over $3.
In fact, looking at a 3 year chart, the stock is very close to it's all time low, so who cares? And why are you still pumping it here?
