GUILTY!!!
PACER minute shows PSI report has been ordered.
This refers to a "Pre-Sentence Investigation" and it means that Berman has now entered a guilty plea.
There will be no trial.
Berman will remain in Jail until he has served whatever sentence the judge agrees is appropriate to the offences to which he has now entered a guilty plea.
Sentencing hearing will be the next and last major event in this process.

It;s over. He's in Jail. He is Guilty. Take him down!
