I only see them completing this deal to shuffle in new investors. The only other purpose here is to delay, divert and to legitimize the path forward for Teper. Remember that he mentioned other mergers to follow. Both Naya and Invo have jack shit for cash or any way to merge without recapitalizing every deal and doing exchanges.
