You could be right, but I think it would have been more of a disaster, because all of those GXII players would have been selling their shares just to keep the warrants so we would’ve had that 25% equity and then Stellantis would’ve wanted another 25% or whatever their plan is.

I think with the way it is right now is more beneficial even though we are being screwed, from the SPAC

The ball is in the court of Stellantis and EXIM, if they want this mine and it’s minerals.
Instead of GXII players (Who don’t give a ratz azz) , then Stellantis and EXIM

Just my opinion

Follow the Technicals, or be Fundamentally too late to the Party.
