I think since you've been repeating this mantra of yours since 10/16/2019 and the company has done nothing (it's still a shell) you may want to entertain the idea that there's more to trading than the outstanding share count.

You may also want to look at the chart since 2019 which would also show there's more to trading than the O/S.

So much more.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
