Yes, you are taking rebuttals from other personally. But there is a bigger problem. The bigger problem is even after all the failures from the past, present and going forward, you staunchly defend your position and never admit there was a problem. So that leads everyone who see's this, especially form the past, to continue to pound on you and put your feet to the fire.

The even big problem for you and not me is, a guy like me, I believe in a scorched earth policy, I will use the law, SEC and anything else available to burn MCIG / BOTS and any one associated that acts like there was never a problem, there isn't a problem and this will come back from the current deep hole it's in.
