Here is my take, may be true may be errant. LVVV was just a way for Bill to raise money. He funnels the profits to an outside LLC, Makana Ola which he "owns" So, LVVV pays all the bills but does not own the ranch, Makana Ola does, LVVV just pays for it. So LVVV is paying all the expenses and then the bulk of the profits in the form of loans and receivables due, go to his LLC and he makes the money.
Prove me wrong
The problem for Bill and Co is that is not the way he claimed it works. You can read that on many of his writings and forward looking statements. Historically, he has slipped up over the years.
This is why he does zero publicity for LVVV, he does not want a deeper investigation into his scam. The more eyes, the more chance of getting caught but I think that ship has sailed. Too many folks are now seeing what his scam is.
Again, prove me wrong
How else does Notes Receivable (4.5 million dollars) keep growing with no repayment? He will bk LVVV and those "Notes" will just go poof along with the "Due from Others" (over 2 million dollars) that keeps growing.
Anyone thinking that LVVV will be bought out and a payday will come, think again. He will never let go of the golden goose.
Now the problem for Bill, marijuana farms get close scrutiny, any questionable issue can bring upon it an investigation and a probable rescinding of the permits. The problem is a guy like me, I believe in a scorched earth policy, I will use the law, SEC and anything else available to burn LVVV and Makana Ola to the ground and I will make certain he, his board and possibly his attorney, who also may be knee deep in this, go to Federal prison.
