There are ways for a CEO with restricted shares to get paid like delaying filings so the lender invokes a clause that causes 50 percent more in stock as a penalty and then cashes that in and sends it back to said CEO. Not saying that happened but it’s odd that we got hit with those penalties all the time when the stock was high.
