Even if delisted from OTC pink, with no "market value"? What body is setting the rules on the delisted stock? Not SEC? I would think it's the liability of being sued by the previous shareholders... I guess i have a hard time in seeing the benefit of getting back to trading with the current SS, but am unclear on how liquidating shares affects SS.
I'm just sharing random thoughts and have little knowledge. Seems if business is good and the business is expanding, all these shareholders hanging around are a future liability if the private company planed to expand nationally and/or do an IPO down the the road.
