Haggerty is also spending his own money to get shareholders to sign a petition to have a judge force the company to hold an election for new Directors. Nominate and elect who ever you want.

The Nevada law requires an annual election and these Directors have refused to do that. Haggerty asked and demanded for over a year until they got rid of him.

Do you think Michie and those other Directors will go out and find a good deal to sell this company? Do you think a group who chose Michie over Haggerty can understand what a good deal is?
