Respectfully, permit me to address your 3 entries:
"1st - They are clearly dumb "
"2nd - If they were working on something they have the fiduciary responsibility of informing shareholders. By default if they report nothing they are doing nothing."
"3rd - They have proven they have zero understand of technology. Their website is clear evidence of that. It's a complete lie. They are leaders in nothing hence the zero revenues for their existence and the nearing of bankruptcy. You can have an opinion but these are facts. "
