The directors don't deserve to be given obsequious thanks by shareholders for doing the job they are paid to do. In any case they haven't even done it - the June and September financial reports (unaudited of course) are well overdue and they say they are "working to remedy" the situation. One can only wonder since it is "imperative" (their word) that reports be filed in a timely manner then why aren't they? The are condemned as being negligent by their own admission.
