You are missing the point =)

Why would Schwab be calling around fishing for shares of a revoked stock?

A) Because they love retail shareholders and are laser focused on helping them succeed?

B) Someone has found themselves very far up $hitscreek… and suddenly realizes they need as many paddles as they can find stat.
