Ok. Only one thing to say RLK. It doesn’t matter one iota if Directors have all voted for merger. Shareholders are what count here. And guess who owns majority of Cytovia Tx through Immune Pharmaceuticals. You got that right. It’s Astra. They acquired Immune and trust me they couldn’t care less. They want their cake and eat it too. If this was to go through then obviously Astra wouldn’t be a player in this gambit. At least not at the moment. I don’t believe for one moment this is going through. I see this as another scam until ESHA comes into play. Also don’t forget that the courts also still have a say here. They have to bless Immune Pharmaceuticals before anything can be done. Naya can’t do jack shit without the blessing from authorities up above. So much fun to watch this bullshit play out.
