Looking into someone posting on a stock that can't be manipulated because the ticker has been deleted, the CUSIP indefinitely suspended, no exchange listing and the shares untradeable.
That has to be the ultimate statement for today.
Tell your lawyers to keep looking, I'm sure once they see that this is "FKA" they'll have some negative news for you.
Or maybe they already they have a thought and are happy to take your money.
Again, not my concern. The stock is dead, the company is dead, those are hard facts.
Insolvent and liquidated - Facts matter.
