Steve - MORE BAD NEWS !

Many of the BIG / SMART Hydrogen Projects are on hold until the 45v measured are finalized.

As it looks now, PLUG's projects won't be able to take full advantage of IRS / PTC tax credits.

Based on the Leaked 45v Rules ... PLUG's Georgia plant is already plugged into the grid… therefore, under the leaked rules this plant would only qualify for $0.60 PTC vs the $3.00 PTC PLUG was hoping for. This is a Huge Negative.

Once the market digests this information and understands its impact on PLUG's business model and bottom line, more red will follow.
