$BLFR was informed yesterday that the LOI deadline for the 1,650 BOE/D acquisition was requested to moved to December 8, 2023 due to the “owners being scattered”. Management anticipates to receive the executed LOI on or before December 8, 2023. Once received, the LOI along with its Executive Summary will be uploaded.
