Plea agreement hearing scheduled for 3pm today, Courtroom 2!
Could Berman finally be about to take the smartest of the few remaining options left open to him?
This could all be wrapped up before the weekend!
After nearly 9 months incarcerated, I guess the absolute certainty of a defined sentence might be starting to look attractive compared to the near certainty of a much longer incarceration that would result from pushing his luck any further!
This hearing will likely be his last chance to cut a deal if my reading is correct.
Or will he dig his heels in and let the trial will commence?
