Haha, you're amusing. The only person talking about shares is you.
Your placements (shares) are yours, forever, they can NOT change ownership.
You can't sell them, not that the realization has registered yet. There is no exchange listing for them anywhere in the world. Untradeable = worthless.
The ticker is deleted, the CUSIP is indefinitely suspended, the company is insolvent & out of business.
No one works there. I know, you're in full blown denial so that hasn't sunk in. 🤡
