Someone shared a (supposed) recording of Lazerali that was (supposed to be) confidential, disclosing, as if by magic, an expected hold lift soon.

Whatever the truth in all that, in all scenarios this is illegal (from pure market manipulation to broken insider confidentiality coupled with market manipulation depending on what is true and what is fabricated).

Illegal. Market manipulation.
