The trading platform and patent are useless under current SEC rules. The company admits this in their S-1 offering filing and could be the case for years. This is selling on the speculative fervor of promotion alone. This is why the conversions of the past nine months being rolled out now were only worth .00017 a share. Those lenders conduct actual due diligence.
