Company has been around just over 10 years with Alex as CEO and not performing is different than intentionally lying. That doesn't make Alex a good CEO or anything great at all but Estrada clearly lied which is why he sued Alex when Alex terminated the contracts. The real problem I have is, what happens to all the money and stock Estrada was already paid? Why do we as shareholders have to pay Estrada and why does he get to keep the money and stock if he never delivered a damn thing? Company never made any money off of anything associated with Estrada. EVER!
