The man who ran Molycorp (rare earth elements) takes over a company called quantum rare earth in 2013, changes the name and doesn’t even mention rare earth elements in any feasibility study, promises imminent financing, doesn’t deliver until rare earth elements become a thing, and all of the sudden it’s the companies focus. In 2021
1/10 reverse split and still can’t deliver in 2023
