I came across a post on X from someone who was an investor in Healthpoint Plus. He states they Healthpoint bought ECPL. It does connect a little to the actually buyer of the shell, Healthstar Capital. Workbar looks solid but the CEO Sara Travers is still very active in that role so not sure how Amy would figure into workbar.. Ben thinks we should see a PR soon
