Yup, but more importantly, they knew they would get in trouble with the SEC. Only and only because the stock was running hard until they came out with those offerings to put a break on it and let their buddies load the boat, knowing well, people will be exiting the door in stampede and then came that news 2 hours ago, then another news backtracking and their excuse was "Prematurely", under the advise of their attorneys, they had to, otherwise it would have been a huge red flag for the SEC. I would trade this one real carefully. Good luck. If I were them, I would have just left it with the earlier press release.
