Nate imo ain't stupid. Nhmd is fully audited and SEc filer .
I doubt he's going to risk losing his shell by putting out a bogus 8k such as the last one

Upon request he'll need to prove at the very least a deposit was made on the sugar and provide proof of negotiation
with a Chinese buyer. Might need to provide who the commodity broker is and so forth .
Not being able to do so would be the end of NHMD the shell would have CE slapped on it and im 100 % sure nate knows this as well. So I'm not buying its a scam bullshit at this point
Scams are suppose to result in the scammer making money . No one's making any money ATM and there is zero dilution as folks encouraged by nate himself have been checking the TA daily
