First, the permits originate with the SA Government and are protected by the POPI act which prohibits disclosure. No NDA can circumvent law.
Secondly TXTM does not need permits as we do not grow hemp. The very laws in SA allow export of both seeds and hemp WITHOUT permits.
Thirdly, the permits are needed only by RSAMMD which is our supplier and falls under Dr Js permits which are in his name and outside of TXTM'S corporate veil. So the permits are and have ALWAYS been irrelevant. You cannot pierce the corporate veil.
The OTCM is not a God and only the courts can look into another corporation.
RSAMMD IS NOT under the OTCM's Pervue and they have not legal right to access any information including permits or operations full stop.
You have ZERO understanding of the law and apparently so do the OTCM'S lawyers or they wouldn't have requested documents protected by LAW. How did they not know that? That's hilarious to me. Gross negligence and incompetence in writing and indisputable.
