In expert market retail can close a currently held position. Which means you can set a market sell… or a limit sell for the execution price of your choosing.

There is no level 2 so it is matched trades only… retail buyer and seller would be trading blind. But if a buy and sell for the same price and workable position size come available at the same time MMs can execute the trade. This would have been similar to trading what used to be the gray market.
